Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and manage our online marketplace operations across Flipkart Amazon Etsy and other global platforms The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of scaling brand presence increasing sales and optimizing operations on both Indian and international marketplaces Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations Manage daily operations for Flipkart Amazon Etsy and other marketplaces domestic and international Create and optimize product listings titles descriptions keywords and images to ensure visibility and sales performance Monitor and improve product rankings reviews and ratings Plan and execute promotional campaigns Lightning Deals Sponsored Ads Coupons etc Sales Growth Analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for growth Drive revenue targets through price optimization inventory planning and marketplace tools Handle new product launches and category expansion strategies Inventory Logistics Coordinate with warehousing logistics partners for stock planning and dispatch Ensure timely order fulfillment returns management and smooth last-mile delivery Compliance Account Health Ensure compliance with marketplace policies GST and international shipping regulations Maintain excellent account health seller ratings and respond to disputes or warnings promptly Advertising Marketing Manage marketplace ad campaigns Amazon Sponsored Ads Flipkart PLA Etsy Ads etc Work closely with design and content teams for creatives and brand representation Requirements 3-6 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Flipkart Amazon Etsy eBay and other B2C marketplaces Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms A content SEO keyword research and PPC Knowledge of international shipping pricing models and global tax norms for Etsy eBay etc Proficient in Excel analytics tools Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Dashboard etc Ability to manage multiple SKUs across categories efficiently Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Experience working with tools like Helium10 Jungle Scout or Zoho Inventory Experience with cross-border e-commerce including handling international customer service and returns What We Offer A fast-growing brand with global expansion opportunities Agile work environment with ownership-driven culture Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 12 254 09 - 25 075 91 per month Work Location Remote Application Deadline 25 07 2025
