Key Responsibilities Driving and Patient Transport Safely and punctually transport physiotherapists to and from patients homes for scheduled home care appointments Maintain the company vehicle in a clean tidy and roadworthy condition including regular checks of oil water tires and fuel Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents promptly to management Assist in loading and unloading physiotherapy equipment into and out of the vehicle Physiotherapy Assistance Provide non-medical assistance to physiotherapists during home care sessions as directed which may include setting up equipment organizing treatment areas or assisting patients with movement under the direct supervision of the physiotherapist Ensure patient comfort and privacy during home visits Administrative Support Assist with general office duties including filing photocopying scanning and data entry Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Answer phones take messages and direct calls professionally when required Support front desk operations as needed including scheduling appointments and managing patient records Marketing and Outreach Support Assist the marketing department with distribution of promotional materials e g flyers brochures to target areas or events Help in organizing and setting up for marketing events or community outreach programs Assist in maintaining social media presence by posting pre-approved content or gathering visual content photos videos from home visits with patient consent Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month License Certification Four Wheeler License Required Work Location In person
