About Us Bigbee Experience is a premier experiential marketing and corporate event agency delivering high-impact brand engagements across India We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our design content and concept teams someone who can bring bold brand- aligned ideas to life across formats Key Responsibilities Lead creative ideation for pitch decks event themes brand activations and visual storytelling Guide the design team 2D 3D motion and content writers to produce powerful integrated creatives Work closely with business production and client servicing to ensure creative meets strategy and execution feasibility Review and refine all major creative outputs before submission to clients Own the creative vision of Bigbee across campaigns proposals and internal branding Drive innovation trend adoption and aesthetic consistency across all formats Mentor and grow the creative team foster a high-performance culture Key Skills Required Strong creative leadership and concept development skills Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary creative teams events digital branding Excellent visual communication and presentation abilities Deep understanding of brand storytelling space design and event formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite PPT and familiarity with 3D AV processes Experience Qualification 8-12 years of experience in creative roles within experiential marketing advertising or design studios Graduate Postgraduate in Design Communication or Creative Arts Portfolio showcasing event campaigns brand concepts and team-led work is essential Job Type Full time Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person
