Job Title Store Keeper - Steel Fabrication Factory Location Kolkata West Bengal Industry Steel Fabrication Manufacturing Experience Required Minimum 5-6 Years Employment Type Full-time Working Days 6 Days a Week Monday to Saturday We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Keeper for our steel fabrication factory in Kolkata The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing stores in an industrial setup preferably in the steel or heavy fabrication sector Key Responsibilities Daily stock taking and reconciliation of raw materials consumables and finished goods Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material inwards and outwards Issue materials to production teams as per requisition and maintain stock ledger manually and digitally Receive goods with proper verification of quantity and quality Conduct physical verification of stock periodically daily weekly monthly Ensure proper labeling stacking and storage of materials in a well-organized manner Prepare and maintain GRNs MRNs Issue Slips and Delivery Challans Work closely with the accounts and production team to maintain transparency and documentation Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid stock-outs Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely material dispatch and receipt Visit local vendors as required for vendor development material follow-up or collection Maintain store cleanliness safety and compliance with internal controls Candidate Requirements Minimum 5-6 years of experience in storekeeping in a steel or manufacturing factory Must be fluent with computer operations MS Excel and inventory software Serious and disciplined individual with a high sense of responsibility Should be able to ride a two-wheeler a must Must be well-acquainted with Kolkata for effective local movement Ability to work independently and under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 11 418 16 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question s DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A STORE KEEPER EVER DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE STEEL FABRICATION CONSTRUTION INDUSTRY EVER CAN YOU TAKE RESPOSIBILITY FOR ALL THE MATERIALS AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN OUR FACTORY Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Management 5 years Preferred Language Hindi english Preferred Work Location In person
