Job Overview As a Business Development Manager BDM Intern you will assist the Business Development team in driving business growth and exploring new opportunities This role will provide exposure to sales strategies client relations market research and overall business development processes You ll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced results-driven environment Key Responsibilities Market Research Assist in identifying potential markets and clients Conduct research on industry trends competitors and customer needs Lead Generation Outreach Help generate new business leads through email campaigns social media and networking Assist in outreach to prospective clients managing initial communications Client Relationship Support Aid in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients Coordinate meetings calls and other forms of communication between clients and the team Sales Support Support the BDM team in preparing sales presentations proposals and contracts Track sales activities and performance metrics Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product to support business development efforts Reporting Assist in compiling regular reports on business development activities lead conversion rates and market insights Skills Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s or Master s degree program in Business Administration Marketing or related field Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Word and other business tools Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research Self-motivated proactive and a quick learner Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous internship experience in business development or sales is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools e g Salesforce HubSpot is a plus Benefits of the Internship Gain hands-on experience in business development and sales Mentorship from experienced BDMs and senior management Opportunity to network and build qualified relationships Certificate of completion if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Morning shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
