We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects end-to-end The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning execution monitoring and closure Translate business requirements into technical tasks and timelines Coordinate with engineering QA product and business teams Track project milestones risks dependencies and budgets Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as applicable Conduct sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives Prepare and share regular project status reports with stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Ensure quality delivery within scope time and cost Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent 8 years of experience in Project Management with robust technical exposure Hands-on understanding of software development life cycle SDLC Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence MS Project Azure DevOps Strong understanding of backend frontend technologies APIs databases Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills PMP Scrum Master certification good to have Experience working with distributed teams Domain experience in BFSI Healthcare E-commerce if applicable
