Job Title Assistant Store Manager Location SEZ-2 RIICCO INDUSTRIAL AREA JAIPUR Company Vinayak Jewels India Pvt Ltd Industry Jewellery Manufacturing Employment Type Full-Time About Us Vinayak Jewels India Pvt Ltd is a leading name in the jewellery manufacturing industry known for its craftsmanship innovation and commitment to quality We cater to both domestic and international markets offering finely crafted jewellery that reflects tradition precision and elegance Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support our store operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory supervising staff ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the highest standards of product handling and customer service in a manufacturing and storage setting Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations related to jewellery inventory management Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs Coordinate inward and outward movement of raw materials semi-finished and finished goods Maintain accurate records of stock levels product movement and daily transactions Ensure proper documentation and tagging of jewellery items as per company standards Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies promptly Monitor safety and security protocols for high-value inventory Support production planning by ensuring timely availability of required materials Liaise with other departments Quality Accounts Production for smooth workflow Train and mentor store team members to improve efficiency and accuracy Requirements Graduate in any discipline Preferred Supply Chain Inventory Commerce background 3 years of experience in inventory store management experience in jewellery or luxury goods sector is a plus Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and high level of integrity Positive communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high-value product environment Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
