Job Information Date Opened 07 25 2025 Job Type Full time Industry IT Services Remote Job This is a remote position 10-12 years of experience in SAP environment with at least 5-7 years hands-on in SAP SolMan ChaRM and 2 years in SAP Cloud ALM o Configure maintain and optimize SAP Change Request Management ChaRM within SAP Solution Manager to support both steady-state operations and dynamic project environments o Provide deep expertise in managing ChaRM during SAP migrations ensuring effective tracking and governance of changes across old and current landscapes o Design and implement ChaRM for n 1 landscape strategies ensuring smooth development and transport flow between multiple development and test systems o Set up and manage Retrofit functionality to synchronize dual-track development environments and reduce rework o Implement and support Downgrade Protection and Cross System Object Lock CSOL to ensure consistent object management and avoid transport conflicts o Collaborate with development functional and basis teams to ensure ChaRM processes support both project and operational needs o Customization of ChaRM workflow based on the requirements from clients o Proactively monitor transport logs change cycles and ChaRM workflows resolving issues and ensuring compliance o Support change advisory board CAB activities by providing transparent reporting and risk assessments of transport changes o Maintain documentation process maps and training materials to support adoption and adherence to ChaRM processes o Ensure alignment of ChaRM with audit requirements e g SOX ITIL change management processes and internal policies
