Job Responsibilities 1 Site Execution Supervision Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of all construction works Supervise labour teams subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications Maintain quality control and ensure materials are used efficiently 2 Planning Coordination Coordinate with architects structural engineers and project managers for smooth workflow Prepare daily weekly reports progress updates and work schedules Ensure work follows planned timelines and take corrective actions to avoid delays 3 Quality Safety Compliance Ensure all works adhere to company quality standards and IS codes Conduct regular safety checks and ensure labour teams follow safety procedures Report any site issues risks or deviations immediately 4 Material Management Monitor material usage and stock Assist in ordering materials and verify deliveries with quality and quantity checks Maintain accurate records of materials received and consumed 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain site registers labour attendance and daily progress logs Provide accurate reports to the head office on work progress issues and requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
