Key Responsibilities 1 Technical Drafting Design Prepare detailed architectural structural MEP Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and landscaping drawings as per project specifications Convert conceptual sketches and site plans into accurate working drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools Ensure drawing clarity correct dimensioning standardized layering and annotations that are construction-ready 2 Site Coordination Drawing Revisions Coordinate with Civil Site Engineers and the Project Manager to collect on-ground data and feedback Revise and update drawings promptly based on site changes redline markups or modified designs Prepare as-built drawings post-completion reflecting final executed work 3 Compliance Drawing Accuracy Ensure all drawings comply with IS codes local building regulations and engineering standards Conduct quality checks of drawings before release and version control to avoid site discrepancies Issue revised drawing sets quickly upon receipt of design updates from consultants or project leads 4 Documentation Drawing Management Maintain a central digital repository of all drawings original revised and approved versions Implement drawing version control to ensure all stakeholders work on the most updated sets Assist in the preparation of presentation boards visual layouts and schematic views when required 5 Software Tools Proficiency Required AutoCAD 2D 3D Preferred Revit SketchUp for 3D modeling and visual layouts Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word for BOQ support drawing logs and documentation 6 Support for Infrastructure Planning Support the planning and layout of school infrastructure components classrooms admin blocks science labs playgrounds libraries etc Assist the Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager in preparing quantity take-offs BOQs and visual representations of campus plans Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Kukatpally Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience CAD 1 year Required Work Location In person
