IMMEDIATE JOINER We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Interior Designer and Interior Designer For our organisation Senior who can lead projects from concept to completion ensuring exceptional design quality and smooth execution The ideal candidate should have strong client communication skills site execution experience and the ability to convert leads into successful projects Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design process from concept to execution Conduct site visits to monitor quality progress and adherence to plans Select materials finishes and products as per project needs Manage client meetings presentations and relationship building Follow up with fresh leads and convert them into confirmed projects Negotiate terms finalize deals and oversee project handover Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in interior design Strong skills in client handling and project management Positive communication skills in English Hindi Marathi Knowledge of design software AutoCAD SketchUp etc preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Work Location In person
