Pay From 600 000 00 per yearJob description OverviewWe are looking for a capable and proactive Project Manager to oversee day-to-daysite and office operations The role requires strong leadership effective clientcommunication and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure smooth projectexecution Leadership Client Engagement Lead and manage engineers office staff site supervisors and workmen indaily operations Engage with clients to resolve operational issues and meet projectrequirements Attend meetings for new and ongoing projects and clearly communicatetechnical and operational details Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee and allocate manpower to ensure efficient site operations Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors and ensure adherence toproject plans timelines and priorities Ensure office deliverables are updated and help structure a daily schedule tomeet project requirements Documentation Supervise preparation and maintenance of site documentation including workprogress reports checklists and material information reports Ensure all office documentation is accurate up to date and submitted ontime Coordination Communication Liaise with site officers to support project progress and resolve issuespromptly Assist in the billing process by overseeing and verifying joint measurementreports and other required documents Attend project site meetings as per schedule and client requirements Quality Assurance Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and qualityspecifications Review office deliverables for adherence to standards and timelines Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality work on all sites Problem Solving Identify and resolve day-to-day technical or operational issues Implement corrective measures to avoid delays and ensure timely projectcompletion QualificationsEducation Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in project supervision or a related civilengineering role Skills Attributes Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently Practical knowledge of construction processes materials and sitemanagement Strong coordination and communication skills across office and site teams Proficiency in Kannada and or Hindi Basic English required Telugu or Tamil is an added advantage Strong interpersonal and team-management skills Additional Requirements Must own a bike two-wheeler with a valid driving license Willingness to travel across construction sites within Bangalore District Occasional travel to projects in other states as required Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience and skill level Job Types Full time PermanentBenefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident FundEducation Diploma Preferred Experience Construction 7 years Required Work Location In personTwo wheeler is required Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
