We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Food Technologist to join our team The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new products maintaining product quality and supporting our tea-tasting and evaluation processes Key Responsibilities Responsible for New Product Development NPD including formulation trials and documentation Ensure consistent quality standards for all products through regular monitoring testing and process improvements Assist in tea tasting sessions helping evaluate flavor profiles blends and overall sensory characteristics Collaborate with production procurement and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products Maintain proper records of product specifications quality reports and trial results Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality protocols Support continuous improvement initiatives for taste shelf life and product stability Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
