Archirace Studio is an innovative design and build firm specializing in interior design architecture and turnkey projects We strive to create spaces that are functional aesthetic and timeless while delivering exceptional quality to our clients Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 1 to 4 years of professional experience in design and execution The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge creative flair and the ability to handle projects independently as well as in collaboration with the team Key Responsibilities Develop and present architectural concepts designs and working drawings Prepare and review construction drawings detailing and BOQs Coordinate with consultants contractors and vendors for smooth project execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent Stay updated with current building codes materials and industry trends Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch or higher Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion or similar software Strong visualization and presentation skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Job Type Full time Pay 14 023 17 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
