At Idealign we are dedicated to transforming the way construction projects are delivered With a focus on precision efficiency and transparency we ensure that every project is executed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism Our approach blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs ensuring each project achieves its vision on time within budget and without compromise With a growing portfolio across residential commercial and hospitality developments Idealign continues to build trust through excellence collaboration and accountability at every stage of the construction journey About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support our growing organization The primary responsibility will be to plan implement and manage an ERP system within the office ensuring smooth backend setup configuration and ongoing maintenance The role also includes handling general IT requirements for day-to-day operations Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation Management Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for internal operations Gather requirements from different departments and design workflows accordingly Set up modules user roles access permissions and backend configurations Integrate ERP with other tools software as needed Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and optimization Office IT Support Manage office hardware software setup computers printers networking etc Maintain servers LAN WAN firewall backups and security protocols Install configure and update operating systems and applications Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions to staff Ensure smooth functioning of email systems cloud storage and collaboration tools Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field Proven experience with ERP implementation or ERP administration any platform Microsoft Odoo SAP Zoho Tally Prime Server etc Strong understanding of backend setup databases and system configuration Knowledge of networking firewalls and IT security best practices Ability to troubleshoot hardware software and server issues independently Valuable communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction engineering PMC companies is a plus Knowledge of cloud platforms Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Familiarity with automation tools or API integrations What We Offer Opportunity to lead a key digital transformation initiative Friendly and supportive work culture Competitive salary based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
