Role Summary The Field Merchandiser will execute in-store merchandising standards to maximize visibility stock availability and secondary placements for our beverage Kombucha portfolio The role demands high adaptability disciplined execution and timely reporting Roles Responsibilities Merchandising Display Implement planograms maintain facings cleanliness pricing and shelf hygiene Install and upkeep POSM wobblers shelf strips danglers standees chillers Stock Freshness Control Monitor inventory levels expiry MRP accuracy and damages coordinate replenishment and RTV NRTV as required Promotions Activations Execute in-store promotions and sampling ensure asset readiness and on-ground compliance Stakeholder Management Maintain professional relationships with store managers and staff to secure secondary placements and incremental visibility Coverage Reporting Adhere to daily beat plans and visit targets submit geo-tagged photos and execution reports within timelines Chiller Standards where applicable Maintain planogram compliance temperature logs hygiene and uptime for branded chillers Market Intelligence Track and report competitor pricing promotions and visibility activities Audit Readiness Support periodic audits close corrective actions within agreed timelines Requirements Education 12th pass graduate preferred Experience 0-2 years in FMCG merchandising trade marketing promotions beverages preferred Competencies Working knowledge of planograms and POSM execution Clear communication in Hindi and English Basic proficiency with Google Sheets Drive and photo reporting apps Solid time management discipline and problem-solving in store Logistics Android smartphone required two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred Attributes Smart eager to learn adaptable and ownership-driven For more information contact 91-(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
