We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage in office construction activities for our upcoming projects The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction work aligns with project plans and specifications is completed on schedule and within budget and complies with all health safety and local regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating construction projects on-site Overseeing the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors Reading and interpreting project plans and specifications and ensuring that work is carried out accordingly Managing the construction schedule and ensuring that work is completed on time Monitoring project costs and ensuring that work is completed within budget Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and that work is carried out in compliance with local laws and regulations Keeping detailed records of project progress and preparing reports for project managers and stakeholders Communicating with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress and any issues that arise Conducting quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirements and specifications Identifying potential problems and providing solutions to ensure that projects are completed successfully Qualifications Bachelor s degree in civil engineering 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field Skilled Freshers are also welcome Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Education B tech Civil Experience Total work 5 year Required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
