Assistant Manager-Product Packaging Visual Merchandiser Location Gwalior Employment Type Full-time Reports To Sourcing Head About Homeessentials At Homeessentials we create thoughtfully designed home and lifestyle products that make everyday living simpler more beautiful and more sustainable From kitchenware to decor every product we make reflects our values of quality practicality and timeless design We re looking for a Product Packaging Manager to bring those same values to life through cutting-edge functional and sustainable packaging that delights our customers and strengthens our brand presence What You ll Do As our Product Packaging Manager you ll lead the strategy design and execution of packaging across all Homeessentials categories You ll collaborate with designers marketers and suppliers to ensure every box label and detail communicates our brand story beautifully and responsibly Develop and execute the overall packaging strategy for all product lines Develop and implement flapping tagging laminating wrapping and hanging techniques to ensure products are display-ready Prepare products for retail shelves by creating clean durable and visually attractive packaging Ensure packaging designs support easy product visibility and accessibility in stores Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth product handling sorting and flow Ensure packaging materials tools and supplies are stocked and efficiently used Oversee packaging design artwork and brand communication with internal teams and agencies Drive sustainability initiatives from recyclable materials to eco-conscious designs Manage supplier relationships production timelines and cost efficiency Ensure compliance with labeling standards and regional packaging regulations Partner with marketing and product development teams to support smooth product launches What We re Looking For 3 years of experience in packaging development branding or design preferably in home lifestyle or FMCG categories Strong understanding of packaging materials print production and sustainability trends Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills Proficiency in design and artwork tools e g Adobe Illustrator ArtiosCAD A creative eye with a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience Job Type Full-time Pay 12 570 93 - 33 780 53 per month Work Location In person
