Job Title Production Executive Industry Lubricants Petrochemicals Location Daman Department Production Manufacturing Reporting To Production Manager Plant Head Duty time -9 am to 9 pm Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations in our lubricant production unit The role involves coordinating production activities ensuring quality standards managing resources and meeting production targets safely and efficiently Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities in the lubricant blending and packaging lines Ensure adherence to production plans and schedules Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance Maintain strict compliance with safety health and environmental guidelines Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available as per the production plan Collaborate with quality control and R D to ensure product consistency and quality Prepare daily production reports and document production data Train and supervise shop floor workers and machine operators Monitor inventory of production supplies and report shortages Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field b Sc chemistry 2-4 years of experience in production preferably in the lubricant or petrochemical industry Knowledge of lubricant blending processes and machinery Familiarity with safety standards like ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems SAP preferred Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Preferred Skills Liquid filling experience in Scada Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is an advantage Valuable communication and team leadership skills Understanding of regulatory standards and industry best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
