Job Title Piping Stress Engineer Experience 4 Years Location Bangalore Chennai Job Summary Responsible for performing stress analysis of piping systems associated with static and rotating equipment air coolers heaters and other related systems using CAESAR II software The role includes locating designing and modeling supports for various piping systems and conducting required engineering calculations Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Perform piping stress analysis and resolve critical stress and nozzle load issues Demonstrate strong knowledge of piping support design concepts Estimate piping loads on pipe racks structures and vessel platforms Prepare stress analysis isometrics with complete data for support definition Calculate and select variable and constant spring hangers Apply understanding of pipe supports including snubbers rigid struts and spring sway braces Execute drawings using 2D CAD software for non-standard supports and equipment clips Prepare requisitions for inquiry purchase and develop technical tabulations for piping support elements Develop piping stress analysis reports in accordance with project specifications Design Coordination Ensure design compliance with ASME API and other industry standards Possess knowledge of materials piping codes and standards Interpret and work with plot plans nozzle orientations platform details structure information and GADs Coordinate effectively with Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical and Instrumentation teams to ensure design compatibility Collaborate closely with Piping and Support Leads for optimal design solutions Review vendor drawings and provide technical comments Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Chemical Engineering or a related field a Master s degree is preferred Proven experience as a Piping Stress Engineer in the oil and gas industry Solid knowledge of piping stress concepts and stress design Proficiency with engineering software such as CAESAR II SmartPlant Review AutoCAD and FE Analysis tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams please send your updated resume to hrdgradus gmail com or whatsapp (phone hidden) Regards Geethadevi Assistant Manager -HR Mobile 91-(phone hidden) Website www gradustalentsolutions com Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
