Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Fresher Chartered Accountant CA to join our Finance Accounts team in a leading medical equipment manufacturing plant The ideal candidate will support accounting cost management compliance and financial reporting activities while learning industry-specific financial operations Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Support general ledger accounting and posting journal entries Help in reconciliation of bank accounts vendor accounts and inter-company transactions 2 Costing Inventory Management Assist in preparation of product costing and BOM Bill of Materials analysis Support in monitoring WIP Work-in-Progress raw material consumption and inventory valuation Help analyze production costs overheads and variances 3 Taxation Compliance Assist with GST TDS and Income Tax filings and compliance activities Support in maintaining documentation for statutory audits internal audits and certifications Ensure compliance with industry and government regulatory requirements 4 Budgeting MIS Assist with budget preparation cost control and variance analysis Prepare and update financial MIS reports for management review Support cash-flow forecasting and working capital planning 5 Audit Support Coordinate with internal and external auditors Help ensure adherence to company policies accounting standards and audit requirements 6 Financial Analysis Perform basic data analysis to support financial planning decision-making Assist in evaluating cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
