Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive Customer Care Executive for our UK process responsible for managing inbound outbound calls handling customer queries and driving sales conversions The candidate should have excellent communication skills the ability to understand customer needs and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Support Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UK region Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate information Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Sales Conversion Identify customer needs and promote relevant products services Achieve monthly sales targets and performance milestones Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales Maintain detailed records of calls and sales interactions Process Compliance Follow UK process guidelines and company policies Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially Maintain call quality standards and adhere to scripts when required Collaborate with team members to meet overall performance goals Required Skills Qualifications Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent UK shift experience preferred Prior experience in BPO sales or customer support UK International process is an added advantage Strong communication persuasion and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduate preferred Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
