About Lamor India Lamor is a global leader in Oil Spill Response Services Our mission statement is Let s clean the World The company is having its regional office at Navi Mumbai India We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment The main goal of the position This role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage accurate inventory control timely material handling and smooth coordination between production and logistics The ideal candidate brings strong leadership organization and a deep understanding of warehouse best practices in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting Key Responsibilities Assist the Delivery Manager Warehouse Manager in supervising daily warehouse activities including receiving storing and dispatching goods Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high operational standards Ensure accurate documentation of goods movement and maintain inventory management systems e g LEAN HAILER software Implement and enforce safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations Collaborate and support transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and shipment planning Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Warehouse Manager as necessary Train and onboard new warehouse staff Ensure effective space utilization and help plan warehouse layout improvements Qualifications Experience High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools Prior experience in the manufacturing sectors is seen as an advantage Certification in logistics or supply chain management and HSSEQ is a plus Forklift certification and experience in operating warehouse equipment is an added advantage Key Skills Competencies Demonstrated drive with excellent collaboration skills Ability to influence as well as strong networking skills Open-minded about learning recent skills the right attitude for our global sales team Problem solver with a strong focus on integrity and compliance High degree of accuracy and attention to detail We offer you Opportunity to work with a global leader in oil spill response and environmental solutions Exposure to international engineering standards and project execution practices Dynamic role with a balance of technical and managerial responsibilities If all this resonates with you you are the talent we are looking for You will report to Delivery Manager Location Mumbai India If you have any questions regarding the position please contact Sanjay Sharma at email sanjay sharma lamor com Please submit your CV and cover letter with salary request latest on December 14th 2025 Please note however that we will start to process the applications immediately upon receiving them
