Regional Sales Manager RSM Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager RSM is responsible for driving sales growth managing the sales team and ensuring effective distribution within the assigned region The role focuses on achieving sales targets expanding market presence building strong dealer distributor networks and ensuring excellent customer relationships Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Plan implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Team Management Lead train and motivate the regional sales team ASMs SOs Executives to enhance productivity and performance Market Expansion Identify new business opportunities develop new markets and increase brand visibility in the region Channel Distributor Management Appoint manage and support distributors and channel partners Ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations Business Planning Prepare regional sales plans forecasts and budgets based on market potential Market Intelligence Track competitor activities market trends pricing changes and customer preferences to plan effective strategies Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers dealers distributors and retailers Performance Monitoring Review sales reports analyze performance data and implement corrective actions where needed Compliance Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies and provide timely sales reports and updates to senior management Key Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred 5-10 years of experience in sales preferably in FMCG consumer goods or related industries Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills Ability to travel extensively within the region What This Role Offers Opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team High growth potential Regional ownership and independence Attractive incentives linked to performance Job Type Full time Pay 70 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
