Electrical Senior Technician - Job Summary The Electrical Senior Technician is responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities troubleshooting complex issues ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting the smooth functioning of all electrical systems and equipment within the facility Key Roles Responsibilities 1 Maintenance Troubleshooting Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems Diagnose and repair faults in motors panels PLCs breakers relays sensors and other electrical components Ensure minimal downtime by quick and effective problem-solving 2 Installation Commissioning Install test and commission electrical equipment machinery and control systems Review and interpret electrical drawings wiring diagrams and schematics Ensure proper calibration and functioning of automation and control systems 3 Supervision Team Support Guide junior technicians and maintenance staff in daily activities Allocate work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks Provide training on electrical safety procedures and equipment handling 4 Safety Compliance Ensure all activities comply with electrical safety standards IEC IS standards Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments Maintain proper documentation for audits maintenance records and equipment history 5 Inventory Resource Management Monitor stock of electrical spares tools and consumables Raise requests for procurement when necessary Maintain tools and testing equipment in good working condition 6 Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements to enhance machine performance and reduce breakdowns Assist in energy-saving initiatives and efficiency enhancement projects Skills Qualifications ITI Diploma in Electrical Engineering DEEE or equivalent Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Strong knowledge of PLCs VFDs control panels motors and instrumentation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience Sub Station 3 years Preferred License Certification Electrical C and B license Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
