About the Role We are looking for a skilled CNC Designer CAD-CAM Programmer to create high-quality 2D and 3D designs and generate accurate CNC toolpaths for machining This person will work closely with our fabrication team to turn concepts and drawings into precise manufacturable parts Responsibilities Create 2D 3D part designs using CAD software SolidWorks Fusion 360 AutoCAD etc Generate CNC toolpaths and G-code using CAM software Mastercam Fusion 360 SolidCAM etc Prepare files for CNC milling turning or routing Optimize designs for manufacturability Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure accurate production Revise drawings and programs as needed Requirements Experience with CAD and CAM software Robust understanding of CNC machining processes Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Knowledge of materials aluminum steel plastics etc Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Optional Experience with CNC operation or setup Nice to Have Mechanical design or engineering background Experience with prototyping or product development Ability to troubleshoot machining issues Job Type Full-time Pay 12 326 08 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
