Job Title SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead Experience 6 Years Location Remote Job Type Contract to Hire Mandatory Skills COUPA Consultant Procurement SAP S 4HANA Desirable Skills Ariba Integration SAP B1 Role Overview The Services department implements enhances and supports products and services that power PlayStation s global business operations COUPA is a key strategic solution in this landscape integrated with SAP S 4HANA BW IBP and other enterprise platforms We are seeking a hands-on Global COUPA Technical Functional Lead to drive end-to-end solution delivery ensure seamless platform operations and support global business requirements across SONY Key Responsibilities Solution Design Delivery Lead the design development and implementation of architecture and major functional upgrades released by COUPA Build deep expertise across the COUPA platform to design scalable application and data frameworks Work across the full project lifecycle requirements gathering solution design build testing and transition to operations Adhere to COUPA s iterative development processes to deliver incremental value Technical Leadership Act as a key contributor to architecture standards patterns and technical vision Prioritize and manage Finance-related initiatives and track progress effectively Validate system change approaches ensuring thorough testing and documentation Integration Collaboration Work closely with SAP and MuleSoft teams for E2E integration flow definition Drive interface design and coordinate integration testing Collaborate with Product Engineering and Data Science teams to support data-driven decisions Work with offshore nearshore teams for delivery and support Issue Resolution Support Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases and ensure robust solutions Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across SAP and COUPA platforms in collaboration with internal and third-party teams Required Expertise Proven hands-on experience with COUPA configurations and administration including understanding of SAP financial tables and data structures Deep understanding of COUPA modules Procurement Sourcing Invoice Management etc Solid functional knowledge of SAP S 4HANA Purchasing and Finance integration points Experience with analytics and reporting via SAP COUPA tools Experience designing and implementing scalable data warehouse solutions Hands-on experience with Big data pipelines architectures datasets Real-time and batch data processing API development REST GraphQL Automating data ingestion transformation and analytics Root cause analysis for data and process issues Preferred Behavioral Skills Strong influencing and negotiation skills comfortable challenging stakeholders with logical reasoning Excellent communication written and verbal Self-motivated organized and able to work under pressure Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to collaborate within a matrix environment across diverse stakeholder groups Job Types Permanent Contractual Temporary Contract length 6 months Pay 1 800 000 00 - 2 400 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have 6 years of experience in SAP Global COUPA Functional Lead Do you have experience in Coupa Consultant Do you have experience in Procurement Do you have experience in Sap S4Hana Work Location Remote
