Key Responsibilities Design creative and impactful visual assets across mediums print brochures flyers hoardings banners digital social media posts email campaigns website graphics and offline event signage print ads Develop and maintain brand identity for projects and the company - ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines colour palette typography imagery tone Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing briefs into compelling visuals that meet business objectives lead generation project launches brand building Manage multiple design projects meet deadlines and ensure high quality output Create layouts mock-ups and design prototypes for new project launches corporate communications promotional campaigns and property listings Work with photographers videographers and external agencies if any to source and adapt high-quality visuals Retouch images optimize graphics for print and web prepare files for printing ensuring correct color modes resolutions bleed etc Stay up-to-date with design trends real-estate marketing design best practices and apply fresh ideas to keep visuals current and engaging Assist in designing layouts for the company website and support UI-graphic elements as needed Maintain an organized library of design assets templates and brand-collateral for reuse Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
