Responsible for optimizing IT spend globally at a corporate level for all business units Accountable for key supplier selection decisions within category working closely with the IT team Prepares RFPs and evaluates supplier proposals to determine the best overall solution based upon total cost of ownership Responsible for contractual negotiations within category Relies on extensive industry telecom vendors with respect to any services products provided to Rehlko EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Business Technology Contract Proficiency Strong understanding of business and legal interpretations of contract T Cs Proficient in working with Domestic International Law Proven ability to manage complex sophisticated commercial agreements Comfortable operating with a high degree of independence on contract negotiations Collaboration Understanding potential differing needs between Internal External customers Consistently exceed customer expectations by dealing with internal complexities across multiple business units in a manner invisible to customers Negotiation Capable of creating pre-negotiation strategy Experienced in negotiating managing IT spend Ability to negotiate with varying degrees of leverage utilize advanced financial techniques and build market comparable cost analysis Skilled in Analysis of cost structures related to marketing products and services Continuous Improvement Solution-oriented takes ownership in the resolution of recurring problems Skilled in implementing continuous improvement opportunities within the supply
