Key Responsibilities 1 Dispatch Logistics Coordination Oversee daily dispatch operations including receiving storing and shipment of goods Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules with production and logistics teams Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch according to customer requirements 2 Inventory Store Management Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system Conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies on priority 3 Documentation Compliance Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans invoices and transport slips Ensure proper documentation for material movement in out as per company policy Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards for storage and dispatch 4 Vendor Transport Coordination Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning Ensure proper loading packaging and handling of materials for safe transportation 5 Operational Efficiency Monitor warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow Implement best practices to maintain cleanliness safety and efficiency in the dispatch area Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
