Job Title Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist Location Kolkata Job Type Full-time Permanent About the Role We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team The role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting business growth through timely hiring Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms Naukri LinkedIn referrals agencies etc Source candidates through job portals employee referrals social media and professional networks Screen resumes conduct initial HR rounds and assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers ensuring timely feedback Manage the offer process including salary negotiation release of offer letters and documentation Maintain and update recruitment trackers daily reports and MIS dashboards Support bulk hiring walk-ins campus drives and other hiring initiatives as needed Ensure a smooth onboarding process and effective handover to HR Operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment consultancy background preferred Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requirements work under pressure and meet deadlines Prior experience in mass bulk hiring or field hiring will be an added advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to work closely with business leaders and make an impact on organizational growth Exposure to diverse hiring requirements corporate field bulk and campus Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Experience Recruiting 4 years Required total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
