Roles and ResponsibilitiesMentor coach and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets Develop and execute mass and bulk hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing offer extension and onboarding for high volumes of candidates Track and analyze key recruitment metrics e g time-to-hire cost-per-hire to drive continuous improvement and report on hiring progress Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the high-volume hiring process Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to build a pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on needs and ensure successful hiring outcomes Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies to support bulk hiring efforts Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies Qualification Minimum of 3-6 years of recruitment experience with proven experience in a leadership or team lead role and experience with high-volume or bulk hiring Skills Solid leadership coaching and team management skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems ATS and other relevant software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is often preferred We may use artificial intelligence AI tools to support parts of the hiring process such as reviewing applications analyzing resumes or assessing responses These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans If you would like more information about how your data is processed please contact us
