HR Generalist Job description HR Generalist Experience Required- 3 Years Location BKC Mumbai Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee the full employee journey including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding for both technical lab staff and administrative teams Employee Relations Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances investigations and conflict resolution ensuring a positive and productive work environment HR Administration Compliance Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws industry-specific regulations and IGI s internal policies e g Code of Conduct AML KYC policies as they relate to personnel Administer company benefits and compensation programs Performance Development Support the execution of the quarterly annual performance review process Coordinate and track mandatory staff training and professional development initiatives HRIS Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate HR reports using the designated HR Information System HRIS Required Qualifications Experience Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar operational role Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Skills Proven expertise in employee relations and HR policy administration Excellent written and verbal communication negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Technical Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with an HRIS HRMS platform Job Type Full time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Education Master s Required Experience HR 3 years Required Work Location In person
