Job Summary Greenlam Industries Ltd is seeking a proactive detail-oriented and well-organized Branch Commercial Professional to manage key commercial operations at our Chennai branch The role involves overseeing order processing employee claims vendor payments payment collection and MIS reporting The ideal candidate must be productive analytical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong command of SAP Key Responsibilities Order Management Punch orders accurately in SAP and ensure smooth order processing Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Employee Claims Process employee claims and reimbursements Verify documents and ensure adherence to company policies and timelines Vendor Payments Manage vendor invoices process payments and ensure timely settlement Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for any payment-related queries Payment Collection Handle customer payment collections and maintain accurate records Perform timely follow-ups and ensure collections are updated in SAP MIS Reporting Prepare and maintain daily weekly monthly MIS reports Analyze data and provide insights to support business decision-making SAP Management Utilize SAP for order booking invoice processing data entry and reporting Ensure accuracy and consistency in all SAP-related activities Desired Skills Experience in order management vendor payment processing and payment collection Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple tasks work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong coordination and follow-up skills
