We are looking for a Road Supervisor with 4-5 years of experience in road construction and maintenance projects The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities ensuring quality standards managing workers and coordinating with engineers for smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor road construction maintenance activities on site Ensure work is carried out as per drawings specifications and safety standards Manage and guide labor teams to achieve daily targets Coordinate with engineers contractors and suppliers for smooth workflow Maintain daily site records including progress reports and material usage Report any issues delays or requirements to the project manager Requirements Diploma ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant field 2-3 years of experience in road construction or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of roadwork methods materials and equipment Ability to manage teams and resolve in office issues Good communication and reporting skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Experience Road construction 4 years Required Work Location In person
