Key Responsibilities Prepare design drawings layouts and detailed engineering calculations for HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting and other building services systems Review project specifications and client requirements to develop integrated MEP solutions Perform load calculations duct sizing pipe sizing cable sizing and equipment selection Develop schematic diagrams BOQ and technical documentation for MEP systems Coordinate with architectural structural and civil teams to ensure design integration Review and approve shop drawings materials and equipment submittals Ensure all designs comply with local authority codes safety standards and sustainability requirements Provide technical support during project execution testing and commissioning stages Liaise with clients consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues Conduct value engineering to optimize cost while maintaining performance and quality Key Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of MEP systems design principles Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP HAP Dialux ETAP or equivalent software Good understanding of IS IEC NFPA ASHRAE BS and local building codes Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or equivalent 3-7 years of experience in MEP design construction industrial or commercial projects Experience in design consultancy or EPC companies preferred Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
