Job Purpose To operate and maintain bottle packing machinery efficiently and ensure proper packaging of products as per GMP and quality standards Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor bottle packing machines e g bottle unscrambler filling capping labeling and cartooning Perform line clearance and machine changeover activities as per SOP Ensure adherence to batch packing record BPR documentation requirements Check and verify the correct packing materials as per the product batch Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per cGMP norms Coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations Report line output rejection and downtime to the supervisor Follow all safety and compliance norms during operations Qualifications Experience Education ITI Diploma B Sc with relevant experience Experience 1-3 years in pharmaceutical FMCG bottle packing operations Skills Required Familiarity with bottle packing machines and processes Basic knowledge of GMP and safty protocols Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation Attention to detail and teamwork skills
