Requisition Id 5557 Department Project Controls Location HR IN Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for coordinating with the planning team at project sites The incumbent acts as a point of contact to collate project level progress and issues They collect the first level analysis collate and refine the insights to present to the Vertical Lead - P M - Offices The role holder identifies the deviations from either of the finalized schedule revenue plan or cash flow plan analyses the root cause of deviations and raises the concerns to the seniors The incumbent also ensures adherence to all contractual terms and GRIL framework and guidelines Key Responsibilities Planning Monitoring - Provide support to the Vertical Lead - P M - Offices in completing the initial scheduling exercise post-win and pre-design for all allocated projects while timely updating the information based on the changes received from the project sites Create a work breakdown structure and cash flow plan for the allocated projects in collaboration with the Operations team under the guidance of the Vertical Lead - P M - Offices Coordinate with the Planning team at projects collecting the first level analysis of planned vs actual progress collating and refining the insights to present to the Vertical Lead - P M - Offices Ensure all contractual terms are adhered to during the scheduling exercise and ensure all GRIL guidelines are adhered to during the cash flow planning exercise Reporting - Capture accurate data from the teams present at the project site Ensure adherence to standardized reporting mechanisms and defined timelines across projects Provide analytical insights to the Vertical Lead from the captured data and facilitate project teams in resolving issues hindering the smooth execution of the projects Indicative Experience and Exposure Diploma in Civil Mechanical Electrical with 3-7 years experience or BE B Tech with 2-5 years experience or M Tech with 1-4 years experience in operations or planning team
