We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality scalable and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms As a senior developer you will also mentor junior developers contribute to architectural decisions and ensure best practices in coding and performance optimization Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter Collaborate with product managers UI UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences Write clean efficient and testable code with a strong focus on performance Integrate APIs third-party services and SDKs into mobile applications Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications Implement responsive UI designs and ensure compatibility across devices Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance Stay updated with the latest Flutter Dart trends tools and best practices Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers Participate in Agile processes sprint planning daily standups retrospectives Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience 3-4 years of experience in mobile app development with 2 years in Flutter Proficiency in Dart programming language Strong knowledge of mobile UI UX standards and best practices Experience with state management solutions Provider Riverpod Bloc MobX etc Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL Strong understanding of mobile app architecture design patterns and clean code principles Experience with version control systems Git Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Knowledge of native Android Kotlin Java or iOS Swift Objective-C development is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with Firebase Analytics Authentication Push Notifications etc Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies Familiarity with cloud services AWS Azure GCP Contributions to open-source Flutter projects are an advantage Soft Skills Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to mentor and guide junior developers Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Flexible working hours and hybrid remote options if applicable Health insurance and wellness benefits Learning and growth opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
