We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Developer with a strong background in accessibility engineering and enterprise-scale development The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Drupal Salesforce and Appian platforms with proven skills in accessibility automation compliance testing and remediation This role requires hands-on development and integration of accessibility best practices into modern enterprise applications Key Responsibilities Develop and implement accessibility solutions across Drupal Salesforce and Appian platforms Build and maintain accessibility automation frameworks Selenium Axe Cypress etc to ensure compliance with WCAG 2 1 AA standards Conduct accessibility testing produce VPATs and support ADA Section 508 compliance initiatives Integrate accessibility checks into CI CD pipelines for enterprise applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams UI UX designers developers QA engineers and product managers to embed accessibility practices throughout the development lifecycle Provide guidance on accessibility remediation strategies and advocate for inclusive design Required Qualifications 4 years of total software development experience with at least 2 years focused on accessibility engineering Solid development experience in Drupal Salesforce and Appian platforms Hands-on expertise with front-end technologies Angular HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and back-end integration REST APIs Spring Boot Solid understanding of WCAG 2 0 2 1 AA ADA Section 508 standards Proficiency in accessibility automation and testing tools Selenium Cypress Axe-core Jasmine Karma Postman Screen readers JAWS NVDA Evaluation tools Siteimprove WAVE Experience with accessibility integration into CI CD workflows Education Certifications B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent IAAP WAS Web Accessibility Specialist Certified DHS Trusted Tester v5 Certified Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving ability with experience in script-driven workflows for accessibility Familiarity with Appian accessibility frameworks Experience working in Agile enterprise environments Ability to mentor teams on accessibility best practices Job Type Full-time Pay 14 493 85 - 77 079 67 per month Work Location In person
