We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process providing accurate information about courses and helping them make informed decisions regarding their education and career path Contact (phone hidden) Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs admission procedures eligibility and career prospects Handle walk-in inquiries phone calls and online leads effectively Conduct career counseling sessions seminars and presentations as required Assist students in completing the application process and documentation Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students and ensure conversions Achieve admission targets set by the management Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for promotional and admission activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline Education Management preferred Solid communication and interpersonal skills Good convincing and counseling abilities Ability to work under targets and pressure Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage Prior experience in counseling sales or education industry preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
