Responsibility Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC BMS system Responsible to maintain the critical spares inventory for HVAC system Responsible to update and maintain all records of HVAC BMS as per SOP Responsible to carry out all work as per cGMP and GEP Responsible to maintain and manage shift of operators as per requirement Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance as per PM checklist and SOP Responsible to prepare and update the SOPs Responsible to handle QMS documents like change control deviation QRM etc To ensure that Preventive and Predictive Maintenance is carried out in co-ordination with the concerned departments as per planner Responsible to update and maintain all cGMP documents related to breakdown preventive maintenance of plant machinery as per SOP To ensure the compliance of current Valuable Manufacturing Practices in the manufacturing To ensure the document system compliance as per Quality management system Receiving of spares materials as per PO and approval of GRN Responsible to maintain the quality parameters of system within range as per SOP To ensure that operation of BMS system as per SOP Responsible to execute the qualification activities of HVAC BMS system To keep the HVAC area neat and clean on daily basis To ensure that equipment of HVAC BMS is neat and clean on daily basis To ensure that filter cleaning activity as per defined SOP Responsible to execute installation of HVAC system and monitor the site execution work in project To ensure the safety rules and regulations in the plant To prepare engineering OPEX CAPEX budget To make indent on regular interval for requirement of critical noncritical spares To ensure smooth Operation of HVAC system Other duties are assigned by HOD Qualification Diploma ITI Experience 4 to 7 years We required candidate having sound knowledge of electric and instrumentation and who have exposure of HVAC and BMS and working experience in injectable pharmaceuticals units
