Role Production Officer This role involves handling reactors centrifuges ANFD and other equipment s at our Vizag facility The role involves executing API production activities as per SOPs maintaining batch records ensuring cGMP compliance and supporting smooth plant operations while adhering to safety Essential Functions Operate and monitor reactors centrifuges ANFD and allied equipment in API production Execute production batches as per SOPs cGMP and EHS guidelines Maintain batch production records logbooks and online documentation Ensure adherence to safety quality and regulatory standards Support shift operations and achieve production targets Responsibilities Assist in scale-up validation and technology transfer activities Coordinate with QA QC Engineering for troubleshooting and smooth plant operations Report equipment deviations breakdowns or process abnormalities on time Train junior staff operators on safe handling of equipment Participate in audits and compliance-related activities Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of API manufacturing processes Hands-on experience in handling reactors centrifuges ANFD Valuable understanding of cGMP GDP and EHS practices Documentation and record-keeping accuracy Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Team player with good communication and coordination skills Qualification Experience M Sc B Sc Chemistry Qualification 2 to 4 years of experience
