Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Control Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for all production stages from raw materials to finished products Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to ensure compliance with quality specifications Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends potential issues and areas for improvement Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality tests results and corrective actions Problem Solving Corrective Action Investigate and troubleshoot quality defects non-conformities and customer complaints Work with production teams to determine the root cause of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions CAPA Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality problems Process Improvement Collaborate with engineering production and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste Utilize tools and methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement initiatives Introduce and train staff on new quality control techniques and equipment Supplier Material Management Inspect incoming raw materials e g aluminum profiles glass hardware to ensure they meet quality standards Work with suppliers to address quality issues and improve the quality of incoming materials Qualifications Education A Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Industrial or Manufacturing or a related field Experience Proven experience as a Quality Engineer preferably in a manufacturing environment related to windows facades or similar construction products Skills In-depth knowledge of quality control standards such as ISO 9001 Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies e g statistical process control SPC root cause analysis FMEA Familiarity with materials used in window and facade production e g aluminum PVC glass Robust analytical communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods perform visual inspections and navigate a factory environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month
