Roles and Responsibilities Partner with NGOs community leaders educational institutions and government departments to connect with potential students Engage with prospective students provide personalized guidance and maintain robust relationships Maintain comprehensive records of parents guardians and prospective students including their educational background profession and income Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions in and around Mumbai to attract potential candidates Travel to nearby locations to expand our network and reach more students Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager Desired Skill Sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Basic English is must Experience of student interactions and data management Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools Power point Excel Word Prior experience with the automotive sector is preferred Experience At least 1-2 years full-time experience as mobiliser in skilling vertical Experience in Skilling industry will be preferred Qualification Graduate in any stream
