About FitClub FitClub is a premium fitness destination committed to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage our member database enhance customer engagement and ensure a seamless experience for both existing and new members Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate member and lead data Track inquiries memberships renewals and follow-ups to ensure no lead or client is missed Support the sales team by assigning and monitoring leads through CRM Run member engagement campaigns renewal reminders offers trial follow-ups feedback etc Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on leads conversions renewals and member retention Analyze member data to identify patterns improve retention strategies and reduce churn Work with the front desk sales and fitness teams to ensure a smooth member journey from inquiry to renewal Address member queries related to CRM updates memberships or communication Ensure data security and confidentiality of all member information Requirements Graduate in Business Marketing or related field 1-2 years of experience in CRM management preferably in fitness hospitality or service industries Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong reporting and data analysis skills MS Excel proficiency required Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability What We Offer Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding fitness brand Dynamic energetic and health-focused work workplace Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Location Gurugram Haryana Required Work Location In person
