Description At Amazon we are seeking an experienced Medical Quality Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure medical accuracy for our symptom assessment platform You will manage a team of junior doctors ensuring high-quality training data and maintaining clinical standards as we scale our product offerings to customers Key job responsibilities Lead quality control processes for medical annotation teams to maintain 95 accuracy rates Manage and develop a team of junior doctors in medical data annotation at scale Establish clinical validation protocols and review complex medical cases Conduct systematic review of AI model outputs against medical guidelines Design productive annotation workflows that are HIPPA compliant Implement quality metrics and performance tracking systems Coordinate with product and engineering teams on medical workflow optimization Lead medical review processes for complex diagnostic scenarios Basic Qualifications - 7 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 7 years of program or project management experience - 7 years of managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Bachelor s degree - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering projects within scope time budget and quality Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
