We are seeking a skilled Highway Engineer with expertise in PQC Pavement Quality Concrete road construction to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning execution and quality assurance of PQC road projects with a solid background in highway design construction and supervision Key Responsibilities Coordinate with project managers contractors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery Conduct quality checks oversee concrete mix design and ensure proper curing techniques are followed Prepare and maintain project documentation progress reports and quality assurance records Ensure safety measures and environmental standards are strictly adhered to at site Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution Qualifications Skills Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Master s preferred but not mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience in highway construction specifically in PQC road works Strong knowledge of IRC MORTH specifications and quality control practices Ability to lead teams manage contractors and handle on-site challenges Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools will be an added advantage Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills Candidates with Immediate joining will only be Entertained Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Paid time off Work Location In person
