As the Store In Charge at Liveon Technolabs you will manage store operations for inventory raw materials and finished goods integral to our RF-shielded enclosures and anechoic chamber production This role ensures productive inventory control smooth material flow and contributes to operational excellence Key Responsibilities - Inventory Management Oversee receipt storage and issue of materials ensuring accurate logging and timely replenishment Conduct regular cycle counts stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records Implement and maintain FIFO First-In-First-Out inventory procedures Store Organization Security Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of materials to prevent damage or misplacement Monitor store cleanliness organization and adherence to safety protocols Reporting Documentation Maintain up-to-date logs for deliveries dispatches damaged non-conforming goods Prepare daily weekly reports on stock levels discrepancies and store incidents Update inventory management systems or ERP databases in real-time Team Supervision Supervise store staff including training and task assignment to uphold store functions efficiently Coordinate with production quality control and other departments for materials flow and issue resolution Procurement Forecasting Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for timely replenishment Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules Qualifications Experience - Educational Background Preferably a bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field Experience 1 years in store or inventory management preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments Familiarity with inventory Management Experience in documenting and inventory management Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Expected Start Date 06 10 2025
