Position Program Manager - Vendor Management Location Ernakulam Role Program Managers for Vendor Management facilitate and maintain relationships between organization and vendors partners contractors Comfortable with data they will be in charge of negotiating contracts creating standards for the vendors finding the best available vendors and manage their performance on a day-to-day basis Program Managers are not only in charge of managing day to day vendor operations but also are responsible for strategic long term relationships with the vendors with a focus on continuous improvement Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products assess the quality of their skills services capabilties negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service related concerns Developing and sustaining long standing relationships with company approved vendors and contractors Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them Serving the key point of contact between the company and contractors to ensure timely review and approval of any variations Keeping thorough records of all documents related to contracts Communicating the need to the designated vendors to ensure timely availability of contract workforce Recruitment of Contract labour workforce through designated contractors Identify recent contractors to keep Manpower cost under control all the times and manage third party vendors to ensure timely identification of contract workforce and their payments Ensure labor material deployment is as expected and within the standards expected and set by the company Candidates Requirement - Bachelor s degree in engineering business administration supply chain management or related field B Tech in Civil or Architecture field will be an advantage MBA from a reputed college is an added plus 4 years of total work experience work experience in construction architecture field will be a plus Experience managing 3rd party vendors Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you B Tech Civil What is the total years of experience you have in Vendor Management What is your expected CTC Are you MBA graduate Work Location In person
